Ferry to Tambor Costa Rica

From San Jose, Costa Rica drive to the ferry docks in Puntarenus about 2 hours away and board the ferry. The ferry ride is approximately 1 hour to the town of Paquera located in the Nicoya Peninsula which is still a 19 Km drive to Tambor and Los Delfines. The entire trip should take you 4 hours plus the waiting time in Puntarenus.
