Driving to Tambor Costa Rica

From the Liberia international airport you can drive to Tambor. The entire trip should take you 3.5 hours but the roads can be challenging and a 4x4 is recommended.

You can also drive the entire trip from San Jose by-passing the Ferry. This drive will take you approximately 5 hours.
